No microwave but has outlet if you want to install one. Glass 2 burner stovetop, single sink, 3 cu. ft. refrigerator goes propane or electric. Water heater is 6 gal. Day / Night shades. LED lights in LQ. Pocket door separating bathroom. Bathroom has power vent in ceiling. No sink in bathroom makes for large closet. Shower with 3 tear glass door and skylight. Separate toilet. Bunk area has wardrobe at head with bar. One USB outlet at head and one by foot. On demand pressure water system w/ city water hookup Fresh water tank is 22.5 gal. Gray water tank is 30 gal. Waste water tank is 30 gal. No mangers or escape door or ramp. Horse area - stud divider. Removable tack wall with 2 saddle mounts. Walk through door to LQ area. Drop down windows on head side No drop down windows on butt side but has windows with slides and screens. Rubber wall lining in horse area have a few spots missing. Rear butt window has glass slide missing. All windows have screens. 14’ Awning in good shape. Aluminum floor in good shape. Outside water spigot under nose. Sewer hose & holder under nose. 55 amp power converter No generator 110V exterior receptacle & 120V (30 amp) shoreline 25’ cord included Dual 20# LP tanks w/ regulator Tires are 3 years old bearings done last spring. 6000 lb.Axles x2 Kingpin hitch w/ 2 5/16" adjustable coupler Single leg hydraulic jack Breakaway switch w/ battery & slip hook safety chains Two WEIZE 12V 75AH Deep Cycle Battery from 2/2023. Stripped and sealed all roof vents and sun roof above LQ area last year with Dicor 501LSW-1 Self-Leveling Lap Sealant Travels great and at 20’ box it’s easier to navigate and get into campsites. I added a TV mount and have the 12 V TV in nose it can be included if you want. Normal wear and tear but ready to hit the campsites. Just add all your stuff and go have fun.
