Description:  2013 Exiss 7208 2 horse Sierra LQ aluminum. Tombstone AZ 7’3” wide 20’ box 28’ overall 8’ short wall, full LQ with dinette that converts to a bed. Table has minor damage. No microwave but has outlet if you want to install one. Glass 2 burner stovetop, single sink, 3 cu. ft. refrigerator goes propane or electric. Water heater is 6 gal. Day / Night shades. LED lights in LQ. Pocket door separating bathroom. Bathroom has power vent in ceiling. No sink in bathroom makes for large closet. Shower with 3 tear glass door and skylight. Separate toilet. Bunk area has wardrobe at head with bar. One USB outlet at head and one by foot. On demand pressure water system w/ city water hookup Fresh water tank is 22.5 gal. Gray water tank is 30 gal. Waste water tank is 30 gal. No mangers or escape door or ramp. Horse area - stud divider. Removable tack wall with 2 saddle mounts. Walk through door to LQ area. Drop down windows on head side No drop down windows on butt side but has windows with slides and screens. Rubber wall lining in horse area have a few spots missing. Rear butt window has glass slide missing. All windows have screens. 14’ Awning in good shape. Aluminum floor in good shape. Outside water spigot under nose.
