Couch is in excellent condition with no tears or cracks. Leather is soft and supple. Folds out to twin size bed. Foam mattress topper included. This trailer is ready to hook up and go. I only haul my kids to TX JH and HS rodeos and Texas Youth Ranch Rodeo finals in this. Only stayed in it maybe 5 times a year. Everything is in like-new condition. The only thing that needs fixing is the fabric in the awning. It is torn, but the arms and frame are all good. Hard to find such a handy trailer in this condition.
