Description: Super clean and handy trailer in great condition! 3 horse with flow-through dividers and a front solid divider. Window bars, drop down on head and tail side. Fixed rear tack wit bridle hooks on both walls and 3 saddle racks, covered with no tears. Swing out saddle blanket bars. Pop-up roof vents. Top of trailer hay storage and ladder. Onan generator with 780 hours. Runs great and starts right up every time. 2- door storage mangers with light. All around exterior lighting for saddling, loading, unloading and hauling. Comes with water hose, sewer hose, and electrical cord with plug adapters. 2 brand new tires and 2 at 50%. Aluminum rim simulators with tool. Two full propane tanks. Hot water heater works great, heats fast as well as the ducted heat and A/C. Inside has 10' (?) shortwall. Spotless fridge and freezer. Plenty of cabinet storage. Microwave, 3-burner stove. Bathroom has electric exhaust vent, shower, hanging closet, full length mirror and walk-through door to horse compartment. This is the handiest!! Like new towels and wash cloths included. Stereo with interior and exterior speakers. TV. Like new, clean memory foam mattress with new bedding and sheets. Couch is in excellent condition with no tears or cracks. Leather is soft and supple. Folds out to twin size bed. Foam mattress topper included. This trailer is ready to hook up and go. I only haul my kids to TX JH and HS rodeos and Texas Youth Ranch Rodeo finals in this. Only stayed in it maybe 5 times a year. Everything is in like-new condition. The only thing that needs fixing is the fabric in the awning. It is torn, but the arms and frame are all good. Hard to find such a handy trailer in this condition. |
