This is a 8317PR which is a 8' wide 3 horse with a 17' short wall. The living quarters has the following options: Spiced Maple hardwood cabinetry with Solid surface countertops, recessed and LED lighting, wood plank linoleum, sleeper sofa and table sleeper in 12' flush floor slide-out, 2 burner recessed cooktop, 10 gallon Gas/Electric water heater, 2 batteries, 2 propane tanks, 15,000 BTU AC w/ heat strip, microwave, am/fm/cd/dvd player, 2 LCD TV's, exterior marine speakers, power awning with LED rope lights, TV antenna, mattress, propane furnace, electric fireplace, walk thru door to horse area, 6 cubic foot fridge/freezer, fantastic fan in bathroom along with a nice large round shower and full walk in closet. The horse area has the following options: LED lights, 3/8" thick heavy duty kick wall liner, 3 tier swing out saddle rack, bridal hooks, swing out blanket bars, brush box, collapsible rear tack wall, stud wall, mangers on stalls 1 & 2, drop down butt windows, fans for each horse. We had added tie hooks in the floor in the horse area to be able to tie down any ATV, UTV or motorcycle.
