The living quarters has the following options: Spiced Maple hardwood cabinetry with Solid surface countertops, recessed and LED lighting, wood plank linoleum, sleeper sofa and table sleeper in 12' flush floor slide-out, 2 burner recessed cooktop, 10 gallon Gas/Electric water heater, 2 batteries, 2 propane tanks, 15,000 BTU AC w/ heat strip, microwave, am/fm/cd/dvd player, 2 LCD TV's, exterior marine speakers, power awning with LED rope lights, TV antenna, mattress, propane furnace, electric fireplace, walk thru door to horse area, 6 cubic foot fridge/freezer, fantastic fan in bathroom along with a nice large round shower and full walk in closet. The horse area has the following options: LED lights, 3/8" thick heavy duty kick wall liner, 3 tier swing out saddle rack, bridal hooks, swing out blanket bars, brush box, collapsible rear tack wall, stud wall, mangers on stalls 1 & 2, drop down butt windows, fans for each horse.
