The living area has a sofa that folds to a bed, 3 cu refrig., cooktop, microwave, stereo with outside speakers, and bathroom with shower, separate toilet and walk thru to the horse area. The horse area had drop head windows, sliders on the hip side, air flow dividers, and swing out tack area. There is an awning for relaxing outdoors also. Needs a little work but you can do it or our shop can so make this yours at a fraction of new.
