No accidents, no modifications. Used lightly for mostly short trips. This trailer was serviced regularly until 2023, used once in 2024, not at all this year (other than hauling it empty to check how it's pulling). Tabs are current. Some hail damage to roof but no leaks, all welds still tight.
Tires were last replaced in 2012, they've been covered when not in use and look good but should probably be checked.
