2004 4-Star three horse with a 15’ Outlaw Conversions living quarters. An awesome trailer in immaculate condition as it has always been barn stored and used infrequently.
The horse area is in phenomenal shape with an escape door and nearly zero wear on the flooring. The roof has an eight foot hay rack and the trailer has mangers in two of the stalls, one with storage and one that houses an Onan generator that was serviced in June. The trailer has head and hip drop windows, as well as a drop window on the rear door. The tack has three saddle racks, as well as pad bars, brush trays, and plenty of bridle hooks. All of the hubs and bearings had been replaced in June and the tires are in great shape too.
The living quarters is in awesome shape with tons of storage and multiple large closets. There’s a couch that folds into a bed and a half dinette on the opposing wall. It has a full fridge with freezer, microwave, range top, A/C, and all of the water fixtures, pump and water heater works as they should. The gray and black water tanks were also replaced in June.
The only reason we are selling is we do not have a need for a living quarters any more.
