Description:	COWBOY CUSTOMS CONVERSION This trailer may be a 2005 but it was a well built trailer and has been stored inside since I bought it in 2010. It has been used maybe twice a year since I bought it - so there is not much wear and tear on this trailer. New refrigerator and water heater installed last year. New tires installed in 2024. Solid oak cabinets - all in excellent condition. Padded leather walls and leather couch. Automatic awning in great shape. Insulated Horse Area - floor is in great shape. Brakes - Wheel Bearings serviced in March 2025. The generator and exhaust fan in the bathroom DOES NOT WORK so you will have to have that looked at. OVERALL THE TRAILER IS IN GREAT CONDITION .
