All aluminum, top of the line C&C trailer. It has had very little use, and is in great shape. Living area has a dinette that makes into a bed, large refrigerator, sink, cooktop, lots of lighting including mood lights, a swing out TV, stereo, with inside and outside speakers. It has a 10 gallon hot water heater, Ducted air conditioning and ducted heating. It has a screen door and fold down step to get in. There are lots of cupboards, and drawers, There is a large closet for hanging clothes and another closet underneath. The bathroom is good sized with a toilet, sink, vanity, medicine cabinet, shower, linen closet and 2 more hanging closets. There is a walk through door into the horse compartment. In the horse area, you have drop windows on front and back, escape door, stud divider, collapsing rear tack, saddle rack, bridle hooks and a ramp. It has a midtack that the saddle rack can go into and more hanging hooks. You could easily add shelves or even a pull out BBQ or TV. It has 2 manger doors with 1 being big enough to easily put in chairs and tables. Enclosed battery box,, propane tanks and an electric jack. It does have an awning. No generator as we have one in our truck. It is 8' wide and 30' on the floor. The trailer is in great shape and made way better then todays trailers. The only thing wrong is it has some fading on the manger doors. I bought this trailer last year, from a dealer. It had new tires, brakes, bearings done and everything gone through before it was delivered. I had hopes of going camping with my husband, but I will be having different surgeries this year. I won't be using it anytime soon, so I am offering for sale.
