The LQ area features open bed area, a TV, sleeper sofa, stereo, hat racks, 6.0 fridge, single sink, 2-burner cook top, convection microwave, furnace, ducted A/C, the bathroom features a sink + vanity, a neo angle shower, great hanging closet, toilet and a walk through door in the horse area.
The horse area features drop down windows with saftey bars on the head side, drops on the hip, mangers in both stalls, Werm flooring, fully rubber lined walls, padded dividers, extra bridle hooks, roof vents, load lights. The rear tack has 2 tier saddle rack, bridle hooks, blanket bars and 2 brush trays. The exterior has a spare tire, single hydraulic jack, aluminum battery box, 2-30# propane tanks, a generator w/ 376hrs, a power awing, hayrack w/ a extend ladder.
