Really Nice 2014 Bloomer 4 Horse 16' Living Quarter
There is a camper style entry door into the living quarter, oversized steps into the partially enclosed sleeping area. There is a mattress, mirrored head board, oversized memory foam mattress, reading lights, ceiling lights, ceiling speakers and ceiling vents. The living area has a 10' slide out with large sofa that converts to a bed and lots of cabinets. There is faux wood laminate on the floor, an entertainment center with large TV and CD player. The kitchen has lots of cabinets, more counter space than most, a sink, 6 cubic foot refrigerator and convection oven. There is pocket door leading into the oversized bathroom which boasts a slide out. There is a sink, 2 large mirrored cabinets, wall of cabinets including extra large wardrobe closet. There is a corner shower with rounded glass door, toilet, skylight, electric roof vent and passthrough door to the horse area.
The horse area is a rear side load with 4 stalls. The dividers are padded, there are mangers with storage and exterior access doors, drop windows with faceguards on the head, drop windows on the hip. It is lined and insulated, including the ceiling, rubber wall liner, rubber floor matts and interior lights. There is a rear tack with 50/50 doors w/ windows, there is a 4 tier saddle rack, blanket tree, carpet on the doors and walls, rubber matts, bridle hooks, brush box and storage bag.
The trailer has duel leg landing gear with hydraulic jack, dual aluminum battery box, (2) 30 gal propane tanks, the tires are 235/75R17.5, 16 ply and are mounted on Alcoa rims. The trailer has ceiling lights and speakers throughout, there is an Onan Generator with 317 hrs, ducted heat and air, hay pod with ladder and a 17' awning
