Living quarters includes hardwood cabinets, dinette with custom covers and pillows, full length pull out drawers under dinette seats, high back stools at bar, 24 in TV with antenna, stereo /dvd player with blue tooth, exterior marine speakers, large 6 cu ft refrigerator/freezer, convection microwave, recessed 2 burner stove, double sink, bathroom fan with rain sensor, lots of storage.
Horse area includes large mangers, drop down windows all around, stud wall in first stall, wall rack storage system above first stall, escape door with step, collapsible rear tack, 3 adjustable saddle racks, brush tray, swing out blanket bar, lots of bridle hooks, easy open and close ramp - spring loaded, can operate with one hand - you can remove if you prefer no ramp.
Trailer has dual leg hydraulic jacks, spare tire, 2 batteries, 2 propane tanks, 16" 8 lug aluminum wheels, new 14 ply trailer tires this year ST235/85r16 - tires were replaced only because they were 6 years old (original tires); they were definitely not worn out! Large under manger storage area, single drain system for grey and black tanks.
This trailer has had very light usage. We use it to occasionally camp; it has not had a horse in it for over 2 years. In excellent condition. Includes trailer cover.
