4 HORSE, 2006 AMERICAN SPIRT, 8'X28' w/10' LER LQ. My "DREAM TRAILER" is now for sale to be someone else's "Dream Trailer". It is Truly in "LIKE NEW" condition. It was going to be my"FOREVER" trailer so it has been treated like a "Classic Car". It has never been used in the winter, and has always been stored inside when not in use. I'm only selling it because my husband's interest is now in cars, and so I don't need this big of trailer. It pulls great, and everything works. It has an insulated ceiling which really keeps the horses cooler. It has a Stud divider which was Great for keeping all our Misc. stuff from going in with the horses. It has Power Jack's, 16'Awning (replaced a couple of years ago), a little Doggie door on the Pass Thru Door going into the horses compartment (for going potty at night) :) We just put on BRAND NEW TIRES (12 ply), and had the bearings repacked. This trailer is still "LIKE NEW", Today to get all of what this trailer has it would cost a person way, way more than the $36,000. that we are asking.
