Description:	2002 Exiss Living Quarters (LQ) Horse Trailer I just bought this trailer in April/May 4 horse Hayrack Electric jack Stove Shower Toilet Mini fridge NEW after I bought it: Extender hitch gooseneck 2 new batteries Jackknife couch Vinyl waterproof flooring Trim Interior lights Toilet (I have it new in the box I just have to put it in yet) cabinets aren't new but I just painted all the cabinet doors and fronts and bought new handles for a little facelift I paid to have the roof resealed (this was $2,000 on its own as it was tar tape before which isn't how it should be done) Tires are new from the owner before me There is some wear and tear on the fenders from blowouts from past owner but just cosmetic. I absolutely love this trailer it's everything I've ever wanted but due to some new life circumstances and opportunities I'm looking to sell it. $30k or best offer (buying a house is only reason for sale) Clean Kansas title in hand
