Slide out with 2 full size couches, 2 TV’s with DVD players, Direct TV boxes, 2 AC’s (serviced and cleaned), large fridge and larger water heater( gas or electric), new microwave/convection oven, big bathroom with lots of storage, fold up table, privacy bunk, full back tack with swinging saddle rack and blanket bar, shelves for extra storage, mangers, 7000 Onan generator ( serviced regularly, runs and starts perfectly), integrated hay pod, air flow dividers, stud wall, new awning, new heavy ply tires(new 2023) very few miles on them, bearings and axes gone through 2023, dual hydrolic jacks. This is a very clean well taken care of trailer.
