Description:	Originally 7horse converted to 5 horse with living quarters. Bought this two years ago and completely gutted the living quarters that were there and started over with all new. New insulation (it is double insulated throughout LQ) New wiring (entire trailer) New plumbing New paneling New sink New toilet New shower New hot water heater New LED lights throughout inside & outside New loading Lights/Backup lights New tires New hinges on back doors ($1000 worth of work & parts) Fresh water tank under the couch and it does fold down to a bed. Everything done the way it should be. Everything works as it should. Clean Kansas Title in Hand Things Not Done: * We were going to start putting new hinges on the slants one slant doesn't have hinges as we started and didn't get it finished. * The wind ripped off the air conditioner cover easy repair just haven't gotten a new one to replace, I'd be happy to send a link. *The shower drain goes onto the ground it's how the previous people had the tank set up and this isn't something we could redo with how it the tanks were originally placed. There is still a gray water tank for the sink, a black water tank for the toilet, and a fresh water/holding tank. -> Rear tack and Slants removable, we even took this rig to the dunes with a side by side and a four wheeler in it. Really need to move this trailer as it doesn't fit my needs anymore I'm looking for something different. $16,900 or best offer
