Love this trailer, only selling due to increase in people to ride with, need more living quarters space. this is an 8' living quarters. In great shape. New Tires less then 500 miles (6/2022), New batteries spring 2022, new mattress summer 2022, dinette/ turns to bed, Microwave, 3 burner stove, dual sink, A/C, *fridge* needs Freon or replaced, heat-both electric and propane, Onan generator, toilet, sink, shower, 2- 20 gallon fresh water tanks, stereo, speakers in/out, walk through door, rear tack., stud wall divider, mangers with lots of storage. floor is in excellent shape. mats pulled after use and trailer cleaned. weight on title says 10,100. No issues pulling it ever.
