Description:	This is an extremely light trailer that hauls great. Has a newer rear ramp that is easy to lift. Horses love this trailer. They load great and haul very well in it. Has a foldable rear tack. All maintenance was done, packed bearings, brakes, replaced several lights and new tires last summer. The tack room was re done last year as well. Installed a new roof vent, was painted, new rubber mats and put foam rubber floor mats on the gooseneck part. The floor was in decent shape and I was told would last another 10 years easily but with the age of the trailer I felt it would be best to reinforce all the crossmembers which was done the end of 2021. I am moving to the east coast and have 3 other trailers to take with me which is the ONLY reason I am considering selling this trailer. Below is some more stuff on the trailer then I will list any damage to it. I will be posting new pictures of it in the next few days as well. 1998 Sundowner 4 Horse GN Sunlite 727 20′ 9″ long on the floor 7′ tall 6′ 9″ wide Manual jack Good Spare tire Exterior tie rings Drop down windows on head side Drop down face guards Escape door on head side Sliding bus windows on tail side Butterfly rear gates Load lights Collapsible rear tack 3 tier saddle rack Rubber mats 3 padded aluminum dividers Interior tie rings 4 pop up roof vents Brush boxes 3 tier saddle rack Bridle hooks Blanket bar Damaged parts: 1 rear bus window in the first stall needs bar and window replaced. Has been broken a long time and is fine unless you want to close all the windows. 1 fender has some damage to it from a blow out a few years ago. 1 possibly 2 of the drop down windows just need to be serviced. One will open while driving but you still have the face guards. Would look as good as new if exterior is painted or wrapped. Contact me to come on out and see it!
