Description: 2002 Featherlite gooseneck with weekender living quarters. Extra tall. Living quarters, weekend package from the factory. Small kitchen with sink, refrig. microwave. Full bath- shower with toilet on the outside of shower...not located inside the shower as most weekender packages.. vinyl floor under washable carpet.. ..Oak cabinets... AC/HEAT.. Flat screen TV with antenna.....Storage above sink area and a full linen closet...there is also storage behind the bed wall....with hanging space.. Bed is a double size with feather mattress topper.. Water heater, Water tank, plus fresh water hook up. Horses have their own water tank for those trail or long trips...so they can have the same water they get at home... There is a gray water tank and a black water tank that can be dumped..the toilet is electric... and electric switch componants were replaced this year. 2 propane tanks. I am leaving the bed linens and towels, shower curtains and throw rugs... exterior has drop down windows, and slidders on the the butt side. I had extra padding installed on the dividers and a divider on the first stall so you can store items without worrying about the m rolling back to the horse side.. you can remove the horse water tank to use that 3rd stall. There is a back tack with 2 saddle racks..and plenty of storage space...I am also leaving the buckets, and stall cleaning items.. Floor is full padded . Vents in roof. I had the ramp installed at Congress a few years after owning the trailer. Hay rack on top is alum. and there is a ladder for loading the hay. I have the original gooseneck hitch part as well as an air ride replacement. I am including that, but have no idea on the condition.. it was won at an charity auction 10 years ago, and never used..its in the original box.. Currently there is a fast hitch hook up installed...you just pull the cable as you lower the gooseneck, and it closes without having to physically get in the bed of the truck...The wheel bearings were greased prior to storage a few years ago...and I am replacing the break away battery and am charging the main battery. If it doesn't hold the charge i will replace it. Working on that now.... Tires have less than 500 miles on them, but purchased prior to storage 3 years ago. This has been a great trailer and I have taken great care of it... it does have a few paint dings...mostly from me washing it every week...lol......selling due to health and no horses..:( It is located in Shepherdstown West Virginia... near Harpers Ferry.. I am in Northern Virginia... Trailer was used to travel to local shows and one trip to Tulsa.. it hauled great... Please text with questions...
