The living quarters has the following options: cognac maple cabinetry, plank linoleum flooring, sofa sleeper and a table sleeper with 2 water tanks in 6' slide-out, 6' fridge/freezer, 2 burner stop, Gas water heater, 2 batteries, 2 propane tanks, 15,000 BTU AC ducted w/ heat strip, microwave, am/fm/cd player, TV in swinging cabinet, exterior marine speakers, power awning, TV antenna, mattress up in the bunk area, propane furnace, walk thru door to horse area, a nice large shower, toilet and a large sink/vanity along with a walk in closet. The horse area has the following options: load lights, 3 tier saddle rack, bridal hooks, collapsible rear tack wall, stud wall on first stall, mangers on all 2 stalls with escape door on stall #1.
