Description:	SALE PENDING 2005 Exiss 3 Horse, 7' Shortwall Sierra Interior, 7' inside height, approx. 6,500# empty. All aluminum trailer, we serviced the bearings & replaced brake shoes the end of 2016. Nice little trailer!! Compact enough to camp in. The living quarters has heat & A/C, a nice dinette that makes into a second bed, lots of cabinetry and storage, kitchen sink, two burner cooktop, 3 cu ft refrigerator, private bathroom with separate toilet and shower. The shower has a skydome and there is a bathroom fan as well with a pass thru door into the horse area. The stall area is fully matted with an escape door and stud divider in the first stall. There are 3 carpeted saddle racks, multiple bridle hooks, extra storage space and a door organizer. This trailer comes with an awning, spare tire, two propane tanks, two batteries and an electric hydraulic jack. The tires on the trailer are 4 years old.
