Main living quarter features a sofa in the slide, breakfast bar with stools, BIG kitchen with a copper sink, recessed cooktop and extra counter space. 6.0 cubic foot refrigerator, A/C, gas heat, and tons of cabinets. Bathroom includes vanity, copper sink, radius shower and two big closets. Walk thru door in slant to horse area. Gas generator on the roof, dual hydraulic jacks, 2- 30# propane bottles, and an escape door in front stall with a manger. Drop down windows with grills, side tack with 4 saddle racks, blanket bars, bridle hooks and brush trays. Also equipped with hay pod and a rear ramp. Horse area includes a pour in rubber floor, full stud divider, air flow dividers, padded stalls, insulated roof, and drop down windows on butt side. Trailer has black skin and comes with a BIG power awning! Lots of extras and beautifully kept and maintained.
