Description:	2006 C&C 3h living quarters trailer -mid tack -rear tack -mangers -side storage -ramp (newly resurfaced) I’m the second owner of this trailer and have had it since 2008. Super easy to tow, back up, etc. pretty much fits in every gas station/ parking lot. I have pulled it easily with an F250 for many years. Living quarters is trailboss conversions with all the nice things but does need some updating. Propane stove, propane and electric water heater, microwave, closet storage, cabinets and drawers, copper sinks, dark brown faux gator trim on couch and windows, original a/c and refrigerator/freezer combo, fold out couch and option of a removable tabletop dinette, original onan generator (non-functional and disconnected).
