Description:	This is a 2004 Sundowner 8010 Seirra Ranch House LQ 4 horse trailer . Its been a good trailer just grew out of it . Tires are in very good condition , bearings and breaks have been replaced about 3 yrs ago, everything works all appliance. Doesn't come with a generator. Good storage , side mangers, horse compartment is in good condition. Couch folds out into a bed , comes with 4 auxiliary batteries and also has a hydraulic jack and manual jack if needed.
