Description:	•3 horse slant load •10’ short wall LQ by Outlaw Conversions •Closet •Large fridge with small freezer space •No stove (we preferred using a small grill outside) •Kitchen sink and counter space •Full/Queen RV mattress with topper (linens & down filled comforter can be included) •TV shelf/hookup with TV •Many cabinets •Original AC unit blows cold. •Good sized shower with glass doors •Toilet /sink/ vanity all outside of shower. •Walk through door to horse area. •Stud divider •Mangers with storage •Interior and exterior lights for horse area. •LED Loading light •Roof vents over stalls (and bathroom) •Drop down windows on head and butt sides (bars also on head side) •Solid rear tack with 2 blanket bars, 3 saddle stand, multiple hooks. •Onan gas generator professionally installed on floor of rear tack. Access to start etc at generator and inside LQ area. (92 hours on counter) •15 gallon gas tank for generator (gauge inside mangers) •Electric jack (has crank jack parts still too) •Clean title in hand. New/fixed items: •water tank pump (under couch) 2022 •Gas gauge 2022 •Propane pigtails 2022 •Fridge burner/orifice kit assembly 2022 •Anode rod for water heater 2022 •LED loading light 2022 •Corner roof leak 2024 •Roof reseal in 2024 •5 new tires and 3 RV/marine batteries in 2025 Needs: •Brake assembly’s and drums •3 updated safety alarms in LQ •DOT tape (faded) •Hart stickers (if you’re particular-faded) •Bleed old gas out of generator lines •Bathroom RV vent cover •Awning check (I never needed to use it so status unknown right now) •TV antenna likely doesn’t work but previous owner and us never needed to use it so status unknown. •All lights work. •Pulls great with 3/4 ton truck. •Dimensions: Height 7’ 1” ; Width 7’ 6” ; Box Length (only) 26’ Will include some of the LQ and other maintenance supplies. Water was drained out and things turned off Fall of 2024 when no longer needed it. Everything worked at that time before shut off. Very clean. Current price reflects trailer needs & As-Is condition. If we do the fixes, it’ll be listed higher. This has been an absolutely wonderful trailer for us but we no longer need a LQ set up. Happy to answer any questions!
