Drop down windows on head side Nets on drop downs Mangers on all 3 stalls with under manger storage Stud divider on first stall All padding on dividers is in good condition Rubber lining on walls is in good condition Mats pulled and washed out after long trips so all-aluminum floor is in excellent condition Longer ramp = not steep 4 saddle racks Lots of bridle hooks Water tank behind saddle rack to easily water horses Hay rack with ladder Load lights in horse area Small metal plates for magnetic cameras in horse compartment Bright outside lights on back and drivers side Electric awning (needs new motor - works but is slower). Replaced the canvas summer 2025.
