This is fully foam insulated from gooseneck nose to horse area. As of Sept 2025-New 14 ply tires, new refrigerator, new Bigfoot Jack, two new batteries. New sealing on roof, bearings packed. It has a shower hook up in the mid tack that you can take out if you want. You can put the porta potty in the mid-tack. It has a collapsible rear tack. All the mats were recently pulled and washed. Title in hand. If you plan on being on the road for a bit, the fourth stall has a plug for a small freezer or a small washing machine. This can all be removed or raised higher. With the dividers pulled you could put five horses in here maybe six. With it being fully foam insulated you don’t need the air conditioner on very long or the heater. The air and frig run on 110.
