New awning, new tires, (14 ply), 7k axles, 14000 gvw, new batteries, new propane tanks, new kill switch, new hydraulic jack, did not have one, new roof resealed, just time for it, factory done. All hard wood cabinets thru out, couch is a pullout for sleeping, been fully cleaned, acid washed outside and mats removed and acid washed floor, in very good shape. Everything works and ready to go.
