The 3500 lb rated axle and the 15"-6ply rated tires combined with the exceptional stability of the extra long tongue will allow you to tow the heaviest loads with confidence. A simple ramp accessory kit is also included that enables you to make a pair of inexpensive and effective lumber ramps if you need them. Magnum series utility trailers incorporate the same rugged frame design as our popular Voyager Series but with16 gauge steel side paneling instead of DuraGuard. Compared to other steel sided utility trailers, the Magnum Series is better in every respect. We put a lot of features and detail into every trailer.The small details like Kiln Dried Pressure Treated decking, Castor Tongue Jack, Protected LED Taillights,and Enclosed Wiring add to the usability and reduce required maintenance. Crank the handle to raise and lower the tongue then release the locking pin and rotate it up for travel. The swivel castor enables easy maneuvering by hand. Taillights are LED and very well protected from damage. Advantages of LED over incandescent lights are; LED lights are Much Brighter, Consume 1/3 power, Unaffected by External Shock and Vibration, and Last 50 Times Longer. Wiring Done Right. Superior wiring standards are a hallmark of Iron Eagle trailers. Wires are always protected by grommets to eliminate the most common cause of short circuits. Over 95% of the wiring is enclosed inside the box-tube trame making damage from snags,and the elements impossible. Swing-open tailgate pivots 180 degrees and simply lifts off when open if desired. A post and socket holds the tailgate open for convenience. Fenders are welded to heavy gauge tube supports for maximum incearice we actually install anti-slip material on the top surface of each fender for your safety. You won't see a sticker that says "Not A Step" on an Iron Eagle Trailer. Accu-Lube wheel bearing system makes wheel bearing maintenance a breeze. Grease is channeled throught the spindle and into both inner and outer bearings. It takes just a few minutes once or twice a year. Box tubing makes superior trailer frames and is the main component of every trailer frame we make. Trailers often subject to heavy loads that are unevenly distributed causing high twisting force which can cause permanent damage. Box tubing resists this twisting force far better than channel iron and significantly better than angle iron. Bulletproof Decking. Every iron Eagle trailer is equipped with pressure treated lumber to eliminate rot. The decking is also Kiln-Dried after treating to drastically reduce warping and shrinkage. Pressure-treated Kiln-dried deck is an exclusive feature of Iron Eagle.
