Horse area has Rumber flooring, drop down windows on head side in stalls 2-4. Front stall escape door with sliding window. Butt side has all sliding windows. Roof vents for air flow. Mangers with under manger storage accessible from two different doors. Roof mount aluminum Hay Rack and ladder. Onan propane Genset mounted on hayrack controlled inside the living quarters. Tires in good condition. Living quarters has kitchen sink, 2 burner stove with hood vent and a flip up cutting board. Bigger refrigerator/freezer that operates on propane, electricity or DC battery and has ability to automatically flip between the three. Multiple cabinets for storage as well as a cabinet for hanging cloths. Couch pulls out into a bed. Main bed up top has lots of cabinets along top and front. Trailer has full bathroom with toilet, sink and large shower. Hot water tank operates on propane only. Has city water hookup as well as holding tank. AC unit that will run off the genset or electricity. Heater runs off propane only. Electric jack that has a secure key lock. Automatic battery operated awning with control inside trailer. Nice well maintained trailer.
