The ONLY thing wrong with this trailer is the peeling fabric on the sofa and dinette. Arizona summers are brutal on this fabric. I've been keeping a cover on the sofa which looks nice. If I was keeping it, I'd replace the sofa with recliners and recover the dinette to match. But someone who has kids might want to do something different, so I'm leaving it as-is for the purchaser to decide and that cost is reflected in the asking price.
