Trailer is 8' wide and 8'. Has drop down windows on front and slide windows on back, mangers, stud stall w/escape door, door in stud stall to bathroom in LQ, back tack with swing out saddle rack - can completely remove back tack and fold it in.
LQ has full bathroom, propane stove, propane water heater, propane heat, as well as ac unit with heat, fold down couch, queen bed, gas and electric fridge (seems to only work with electric), NO onboard generator. New awning 2024.
Trailer is in good condition, was recently serviced. Trailer had small water leak in bathroom skylight, leak was repaired damage did not go down wall or into floor only peeled the wallpaper on roof I attached picture.
Motivated seller, I am moving and trailer barely gets used.
