This 2022 Merhow Summit 8313 was special ordered and I am the only owner. Everything works on it and nothing is wrong with it. No pets and no smoking in it. Hauled very little and bearings and brakes are excellent. I love It and I am only selling it because I am downsizing to something smaller. This trailer is a 3 horse LQ horse trailer weighing 14000 pounds, in white, with a length of 28 feet on the floor and 37 feet overall. It comes with a stud divider, and rubber on the floor and sides of the horse compartment. It has 8000 pound axles which were an upgrade along with heavy duty H rated tires. It has the hydraulic jacks, extra large propane tanks, two batteries, mangers with storage underneath, an escape door,. The trailer has LED lighting, drop down windows on one side and sliders on the other side with three roof vents. Equipped with electric brakes, insulated roof as well. It has a tack compartment with fold out saddle racks, blanket bar and storage box that can be fully compressed or removed. The living quarters is the very popular Farm House Interior, sleeper bed sofa, sleeper dinette with storage underneath, and the trailer can sleep six people. Convection microwave, two burner glass covered gas stove top, dual sinks, extra large refrigerator, 15000 BTU AC unit and thermostatically controlled furnace and AC as well. It has a queen size bed, tons of storage, fold down extra counter space, bathroom toilet, sink and fill size shower with a door into the horse compartment. It has a power awning, night time shades and screen see thru shades on the sliding glass windows. There is a smart tv in the living room above the electric fireplace that gives off just enough heat for those nights when you don't need a lot of heat or the furnace to run. Also a smart tv has been installed in the corner cabinet in the bedroom. Soft touch walls, slide out dinette, Corian counters, and more. Tons of storage.
