Fold up rear tack with swing out 3 tier adjustable saddle rack, bridle hooks and rear rubber dock bumper. Padded jail bar dividers fold falt with rumber coated flooring and wall mats. Insulated roof, interior/ exterior tie hooks and lights. 2 way roof vents in each stall. custom stud wall. Very open and great for hard to load horses. Living quarters in excellent condition with jack knife sofa, hidden 2 burner cook top, range hood and microwave. TV mount, lots of storage, AC/Heater hidden table top. AM/FM stereo with interior and exterior speakers. Emergency escape windows, day/night shades, large fridge/freezer and pocket door for bathroom. Large shower stall, toilet and wardrobe with pass through door to horse compartment.
