-4 horse with stud stall

-2 New Marine Batteries
-4 Fold down windows at nose and 2 at rear side
-14 ply tires (manufacture date 0422), less than 5,000 miles on them. Bearings and seals went through at same time as tires. Husband has either replaced tires or went thru bearings and seals every other year while hauling all year since we have owned it, just as a preventative. (We’ve never blown a tire).
-walk thru door from horse compartment to living quarters.
-we added bunkhouse when we bought this trailer in 2009/2010. So much storage!
-hay rack
-bunkhouse has entrance on opposite of LQ entrance. Kids can go in their OWN door.
-new flooring throughout entire LQ.
-Refrigerator replaced in 2021.
-Air conditioning replaced in 2021.
-new shower walls & sealed.
-new day/night shade on bay window.
-when not hauling horses, we hauled a RZR in horse compartment, once we upgraded to a bigger RZR-husband built ramps to go over fenders-you can have them.
-2 BIG mangers-if you know my husband he brings EVERYTHING.
-On board Generator-works great, but haven’t used in a couple years due to using another one.
-2 hydraulic drop legs and one center manual drop leg.
-large propane tank under nose.
-Awning might need some attention in a couple years as the fabric is starting to look a little thin-we still use it.
-Typical Sundowner fading due to sun.
