NEW TO THE LOT!!! This is a super nice USED 2007 Sundowner 4 horse 8010 Sunrise 727 with a 10' short wall. This lovely trailer measures 8' wide X 7' tall X 28' on the floor and is fresh through our shop with everything serviced and ready to hit the road. This trailer features an electric jack, 2-20lb propane tanks and an aluminum battery box to house the batteries. The horse compartment comes equipped with an escape door off the first stall, mangers in 3/4 stalls and 2 access doors, drop windows with safety bars on the head side and bus style windows on the tail side, fully padded dividers throughout, roof vents over each stall and is fully rubber lined. The collapsible rear tack comes equipped with a 4 tier saddle tree, bridle hooks and brush tray. The super clean LQ features TV, A/C that blows COLD, gas heat, 2-burner cooktop, double sink, microwave, 6.0 fridge, super comfy sofa/sleeper and queen sized mattress in the nose. The bathroom comes equipped with shower, sink/vanity, toilet and a walk thru door in the slant wall into the horse compartment. This trailer again has had EVERYTHING serviced and is ready to hit the road, this trailer is truly is amazing condition and whoever ends up with is will be very happy they did.
