2001 Exiss 4 horse trailer w/ mid tack & mangers Trailer is used with blemishes etc, but a great trailer with TONS of space. This was a perfect affordable trailer to start off in, but we moved up to something with a bathroom. Finished living quarters with a futon & wooden steps to get up top, king size bed that can very easily fit two people, have fit 3-4 people up top. Dimming wrap around lights and tons of outlets. Viewing window out the side. Has a midtack which is perfect for a mudroom, storage, etc. Midtack also has saddle pad racks. Battery that runs a couple of the lights in the living area and the lights in the horse area, otherwise when plugged in everything inside the trailer works! Electric, no LP. Brand new LED lights on the back of the trailer by the loading area, in tack area, the mid tack and in the horse area. Has mangers with battery operated light strips and tons of hooks for hanging things. Rear collapsible tack. When the rear tack is collapsed it can squeeze 2 smaller horses in the back area. All brakes were redone in the fall of 2023 and has only been used a few times this year, as I purchased another trailer. Roof unit for air. Heater & fan work. AC does not work- however, we use an ac window unit in the viewing window and works great if not better! Awning is there, but not operable. Needs fabric and a part for one of the arms, just never took the time to get it fixed because we don't use it. The back doors need new hinges, operable, just squeak and need replaced.
