Really nice, well maintained and hard to find 2007 Exiss 2 Horse Living Quarter horse trailer!
This trailer is 18' long x 7' wide x 7' tall with a 9' short wall. In the sleeping area there are 2 bus windows with window treatments, a cabinet headboard, mattress and shelf for a TV. The living area has a large bus window, sofa that converts to a bed with overhead cabinets and faux tile laminate floor. The kitchen area has a microwave, 2 burner cooktop, stainless steel sink, 3 cubic foot refrigerator, cabinets and drawers. The bathroom has an accordion door, toilet , shower, cabinet, electric roof vent and passthrough door to the horse area. The horse area has a solid divider, drop down windows with drop down faceguards on the head side, bus windows on the hip side, 50/50 rear doors, rear tack, 2 tier saddle rack, brush box, interior light, 2 roof vents, rubber rear bumper, rubber floor matts and rubber wall liner. There are 235/80R16 tires mounted on steel MOD wheels with wheel simulators, spare tire, electric jack, 2 (20 lb) propane tanks, (2) batteries and a 17' manual awning.
