All aluminum with 8' full factory living quarters. The trailer is 7'6" wide and 26' long. This is a solid, well built using trailer, that is small enough to get into the tougher places. It has mangers on 3 horses with both inside and outside doors. It has an escape door, and a walk through door from the horses to the bathroom. It has drop windows on all the front and 2 drops behind. It has a solid rear tack, with saddle racks, pad holders, bridle hooks and brush boxes. It has a hayrack, electric jack, propane tanks and battery. There is an outside spigot to get water from. There is also a corral that hooks to the side. The living area has a pullout sofa bed, air conditioner, new 3 way refrigerator, microwave, ducted heater (never used), lots of cupboards, swivel tv stand and a full nose length clothes rack. The bathroom has a toilet, vanity with sink, medicine cabinet, closet and shower. I had 5 new tires put on, brakes and bearings done, and general check up in Jan 23, at the dealers. I have had health issues and have only gotten to use it 3 times since I bought it. Everything was a local show, with 2 shows within 5 miles of my house. It does need a few things, and the price reflects that. It has an OK title from dealer to me. Private owner so no trades or financing. Price is firm. Sold "as is"
