This trailer is in EXCELLENT CONDITION and is 34' long x 8' wide x 7'6" tall. It has a camper style entry door with a full screen door, open concept sleeping area with extra wide step, mattress, mirrored cabinet headboard, ceiling mounted lights, ceiling mounted speakers, reading lights and two bus windows with window treatments.
The living area has a 6'6" slide out with overhead cabinets, a table and two bench seats which converts to sleeping area. There is a two toned leather sofa that also converts to a bed. The flooring is faux wood laminate.
The kitchen has all wood cabinets and drawers, two burner cooktop, microwave, dual stainless steel sink, lots of counter space and 6 cubic foot refrigerator/ freezer.
The bathroom has a large corner shower with glass doors, a sink, large cabinet with clothing bars, mirrored medicine cabinet, toilet and passthrough door to the horse area.

The trailer also has a hay pod with ladder, Onan generator, rear ramp, 18' electric awning, ducted heat and air conditioning, duel leg hydraulic landing gear, Alcoa rims with 245/70R17.5 tires and a spare tire mounted in the enclosed nose. The trailer as hydraulic brakes, and rubber rear bumper.
