Description:	Very nice 2001 Sundowner 3 horse slant trailer with a custom weekender package. Interior was professionally done including the wiring and all the upgrades. Price- $17,500 Located in central Iowa Dimensions: 30' overall length- 22' on the floor 8' wide slant area 77" wide 7' high in horse area *GVWR is 12K (trailer is considerably less than that). Pulls very easily with a 3/4 ton pickup. Interior is nicely finished. We added a new AC/heat unit, microwave and couch 3 years ago when we upgraded it. Includes a larger dorm style fridge. Storage areas are nicely located as well. No shower or toilet in the trailer, but we had a cowboy shower set up in the first stall. Included in the sale will be the portable on demand tankless water heater and shower unit. It runs off of a typical propane tank such as for a grill. King size extra firm foam mattress in the nose of the trailer. All bedding included with it. Horse area has mats and the floor underneath was rubber coated from the factory. Still looks great in that area. We also added two fans as well in that area. Tires are 2 years old including the spare Roof was sealed 3 years ago on seams as preventive maintenance. This trailer has not leaked. Bearings repacked 3 years ago and greased as part of maintenance If you are in the market to have a nice, comfortable unit that you can do some traveling and camping with at a reasonable price, this is a unit to check out.
