This is the trailer for you if you have a champagne taste on a beer budget. I have lived full time in this trailer for 2 years. It’s been to Arizona to Texas to South Dakota and everywhere in between.

Here’s the bad:
- The ceiling/walls have water damage. I’ve never had an issue with it leaking after I resealed the roof. I bought it 2 years ago with the damage.
- Interior Wear and Tear
- The propane heater needs fixed.
- One of the pads on a slant is ripped.
- Grey tanks drip from cracks.
- Exterior siding has hoof sized hole from a horse getting cast up against the trailer at a rodeo.
Bearings packed December 2023. Black tank repaired by Crossfire Trailers in May 2024. Also includes Rhino portable dump tank, camper hose, 30amp 25ft extension cord.
Only selling because I got a big kid job and an apartment. Otherwise I fully planned on continuing to live in it for the foreseeable future.
