Horse area has drop windows on both head and hip sides, lined and insulated roof, (1) roof vent per stall, mangers on the second and third stall, stud divider and escape door on first stall with a walk thru door to living quarters. Tack area has an 3 tier adjustable saddle rack, brush box, (6) bridal hooks, and a blanket bar.
In your living quarter the pictures speak for themselves. You will have all the conveniences of a full kitchen, bath and bed area. The new features include a flush floor glide, under counter lighting, wood covered lower walls, new cabinet and wall colors, new farm style sink.
The AC is ducted and you also have a hydraulic jack and electric awning.
