USED but not abused and super clean 2007 Titan 3H with a 12' s/w with a slide out. The LQ was done by Longhorn conversions. This LQ features a dinette in the slide out with REAL oak wood, TV and stereo, ducted A/C, gas heat, a 6.0 fridge, 2 burner cook top, microwave and sink and did I mention the STORAGE along with beautiful wood laminate flooring throughout that is in amazing condition. As you continue through the LQ of this trailer into the bathroom you'll see a huge radius shower sink, and vanity , toilet and a walk thru door in he slant wall into the horse area. This trailer also features an onan 4,000 gas generator with 602 hours it is mounted in the manger of this trailer with a switch inside the LQ. As you continue around the outside of this trailer you'll find that this trailer features dual electric jacks, 2 batteries, 2-20lb propane tanks and a spare tire. On the side of this trailer you are going to see a large awning, drop windows with safety bars, and one very deep manger for storage as the other stores the generator. Once to the back of this trailer there is a ladder up to the hayrack which stores 2-48 gal water tanks. The collapsible rear tack stores a 3-tier saddle tree along with a large saddle blanket tree and bridle hooks. The horse area features an insulated roof with vents along the roof, first stall is a full stud divider, each of the dividers are fully padded and of course the great drop windows on the tail side with safety bars on them as well. This trailer is on a steel frame with an aluminum skin and measures 7'3" tall X 7'6" wide X 27' on the floor.
