Exiss 8' wide stock combo living quarters trailer gives you all of the rugged features of a stock trailer with the added benefits of a spacious living quarters, a mid tack with plenty of storage and quality-built interiors. The open stock area has a center gate. I have hauled 5 horses comfortably and 3 horses behind the center gate and used the front stock area for storage. The mid tack has a ramp, saddle racks, blanket bar, bridle hooks and a swinging saddle pad rack.
The roof is currently being resealed both vent covers and shower dome replaced. The trailer does have some cosmetic repairs that are needed in the living quarters. The floor (wood and linoleum) needs replaced toilet reset after floor replaced. 1 light fixture over bathroom sink and around shower dome. This trailer has been inspected and the repairs are all cosmetic where the shower dome and vent covers leaked. The plumbing, electrical and all appliances work. The generator has only 185 hours but does need servicing.
The trailer sat for over a year waiting on a divorce and reason for the repairs. I put 5 brand new 14 ply G rated tires on in December. These trailers are such a versatile and dependable trailer. I love the ease and functionality but I’m downsizing. Hopefully to something similar.
