NOTE: Trailer is clean and in good condition. Awning needs a piece replaced so it can be extended. Right wheel fender has some damage but does not interfere with the tires - see pictures. LQ ceiling had a leak near the a/c which has been fixed but the ceiling headliner throughout the trailer has residual damage. Will need replaced but does not interfere with using the LQ’s – see pictures.
