Well maintained and came from Arizona so VERY LITTLE RUST!!
*The horse area has double rear doors for easy loading, aluminum roof, rubber matting throughout, solid wood floor, solid dividers and open air gap on the head and rump side (could add Plexiglas if desired as it has the tracks already)
*The front tackroom is loaded with organizational accessories. Clean carpet on the floor, swingout saddle rack, ample storage room, multiple bridle hooks, two blanket bars, built in water tank and brush bin.
