Trailer has a spare, 2 - 20# LP tanks, two batteries, and dual electric jack.
The 16' awning will come with new awning fabric.
Tires are in nice condition with good tread. Goodyear LT235/85R16 with a load range of G.
Horse compartment has a collapsible rear tack, 3 mangers with 3 access doors, the drops on the head wall have bars, sliders on the rear, stud divider. The head shields are flow through bars and dividers are solid with pads in great condition. 4 tier saddle rack, brush box and bridle hooks in rear tack. This trailer is steel frame with aluminum skin so it has a wood floor in great condition with rubber mats. Escape door at first horse. Load lights on sides and rear of trailer. Trailer has 7K axels.
The trailer interior has a 14' LQ with a slide.
Dinette in the slide and couch on the opposite wall. Kitchen has a double stainless sink, 3 burner cook top and an oven. Full fridge and freezer. There is also a microwave.
Previous owner loved their mattress so this trailer comes with a new pillow top mattress still wrapped in plastic.
TV over the cabinet by the door. Stereo with AM/FM/CD with interior and exterior speakers. Lots of great storage in this cabinet as well as under the sofa, in the bathroom, over the sofa and under the dinette.
Full bathroom has a shower, toilet, bathroom vanity with sink and medicine cabinet. Vent with fan in the bathroom as well as in the LQ. Walk through door into the horse compartment from the bathroom.
LQ door also comes with a screen. Trailer has furnace, a great air conditioner, and hot water heater.
This is a nice, clean trailer. There are some signs of use which have been noted in the pictures.
